Potsdam Open
Together with UJKC Potsdam, we bring the Potsdam judo family together and host a major judo tournament for you!
Across 5 mats, around 1,000 judoka fight for medals. The venue is the three-field sports hall at Luftschiffhafen Potsdam,
which offers excellent conditions for athletes and plenty of space for spectators.
Our goal is to establish a high-quality tournament in Germany and create a sporting highlight.
For the 23rd time, SV Motor Babelsberg and UJKC Potsdam are hosting our big home tournament, and we are always motivated to improve the event

Motor Cup
What started as an internal club tournament has grown into an event visited by judoka from all over Brandenburg, Berlin, and neighboring federal states. From the youngest athletes up to the U13 age group, judoka compete on the tatami. For some, it is even the first competition of their judo career — and we want to make it a special experience. Thanks to using the entire sports complex, award ceremonies can run in parallel, reducing waiting times and ensuring a smooth competition flow. We look forward to your visit.
More events
In addition to our two major judo tournaments, we host further events. We have repeatedly organized the State Kata Championships and created a worthy atmosphere. We have also successfully hosted the German Sumo Championships as well as training camps, workshops, and educational programs.
